Complaints and Feedback Policy

Widen CPD is a service line of Widen Migration Experts, operated by Dynamic Consultancy Pty Ltd (ABN 19 167 039 250), an OMARA-approved CPD provider (PPA10000420).

Making a complaint

You may submit a complaint about any Widen CPD activity in writing to cpd@widen.com.au. Complaints may relate to content, delivery, presenter conduct, administration, billing, or any other aspect of the service. Please include your name, MARN, the activity concerned, and the outcome you are seeking.

How we handle complaints

Feedback

After each activity you are invited to complete an anonymous feedback survey, and to raise any concerns about content accuracy, session conduct, technical issues, or accessibility. Feedback is reviewed after each session and informs continuous improvement of our activities.

Raising a matter with OMARA

Where a complaint relates to conduct that may fall within OMARA’s regulatory remit, you may also raise the matter with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA) at www.mara.gov.au.
