These terms govern your use of Widen CPD. Widen CPD is a service line of Widen Migration Experts, operated by Dynamic Consultancy Pty Ltd (ABN 19 167 039 250), an OMARA-approved CPD provider (PPA10000420).
Widen CPD provides continuing professional development activities for registered migration agents, including live workshops (Category A) and private study modules with assessment (Category B). Each activity displays its topic, learning objectives, type, duration, category, delivery mode, presenter, points value, and price, using terminology consistent with the applicable CPD instrument (LIN 26/001).
CPD activities are intended for registered migration agents. You must provide a valid MARN when booking or enrolling. CPD completion is reported to OMARA against the MARN you provide; it is your responsibility to provide your correct MARN.
Fees are displayed in Australian dollars and include GST. Payment is processed securely via Stripe, and a tax invoice is issued on payment. Access to an activity is granted on successful payment.
Under the CPD instrument, no more than 6 CPD points from online activities are recognised for a single participant within any continuous 24-hour period. Where this may apply to a sequence of activities, it is disclosed so you can plan accordingly.
Cancellations, refunds, and credits are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
You agree not to share access, assessment content, or session join links with others, and not to attempt to circumvent assessment or attendance verification. Session join links are personal to your booking.
Widen CPD is a service line of Widen Migration Experts. Our principal’s dual role is openly disclosed at the start of each session. Sessions are substantive CPD on the stated topic and are not a promotion of Widen Migration Experts’ commercial services.
We do not discriminate in the admission to or delivery of CPD activities. Reasonable adjustments (such as live captioning or materials in alternative formats) are provided on request. Multilingual delivery is available in English, Nepali, and Hindi where the participant cohort supports it.
All CPD content is owned by us and provided for your individual professional development. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell it.
We provide CPD activities with due care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to resupplying the activity or refunding the fee paid. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
