Refund and Cancellation Policy

Widen CPD is a service line of Widen Migration Experts, operated by Dynamic Consultancy Pty Ltd (ABN 19 167 039 250), an OMARA-approved CPD provider (PPA10000420).

CPD points and attendance

For live (Category A) sessions, CPD points are only awarded where you attend for the duration required by OMARA. Partial attendance does not attract CPD points, and is not in itself grounds for a refund where the activity proceeded as scheduled. Participants who do not attend for the required duration are notified and offered a credit toward a future session.

How refunds are processed

To request a cancellation, refund, or credit, email cpd@widen.com.au with your name, MARN, and the activity concerned. Refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

This policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
