Migration advice is a position of trust. Agents handle vulnerable clients, sensitive personal information and high-stakes decisions, often under pressure. The mandatory ethics point exists to keep the ethical obligations that govern migration practice front of mind — not as a box-tick, but because the hardest calls in practice are rarely about the law; they're about judgment.
