- Ask about your own files. Live Q&A with a practising registered agent — not a recording you watch alone.
- Taught from real matters. The Genuine Position Statements, Labour Market Testing, salary evidence, 407 training plans and refusals Keshab prepares and lodges in practice — applied, not theory.
- A small cohort. Seats are capped, so there is room to raise your own questions.
- Efficient and compliant. Two CPD points in one two-hour sitting, with your completion reported to OMARA and a dated certificate.
One stronger nomination that avoids a Request for Information is worth far more, on a single matter, than the price of the session.
Book your place on this live session. Joining details (video link) will be emailed to you before the session. Your MARN and surname are recorded with your booking for attendance reporting.

Keshab Chapagain, RMA
Keshab is a registered migration agent (MARN 1576536), registered with the Migration Agents Registration Authority since 2015. He holds the Graduate Diploma of Australian Migration Law and Practice and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and is currently completing a Diploma of Law through the Legal Profession Admission Board to deepen his legal grounding across the areas that intersect with migration practice.
His sessions focus on practical application — the current state of the law, the decisions agents face day to day, and the issues that most often cause problems. With a formal training-and-assessment qualification behind him, Keshab designs sessions to help you apply the content, not just receive it, with real-world examples and room to ask questions. He presents in English, Nepali, and Hindi.
Sessions are delivered as continuing professional development under Widen CPD’s OMARA-approved provider arrangement (PPA10000420).
